Finely cloudy, amber-colored. Aroma of raisins, figs and dates, plus candied fruit, yeast plait, brioche and yeast dough, accompanied by orange marmalade, honey and nutty-sweet notes. Moderately fresh acidity on the palate, with clearly present, rather coarse-grained tannins that characterize the impression. Somewhat tart notes on the finish, with a short aftertaste overall.
