Tasting from 23.04.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Clear, light grey-yellow, slightly bubbly, persistent mousse. Appealing nose with fine notes of jasmine flowers, nutmeg and fresh apple. Juicy acidity well balanced against ripe orchard fruit. Delicate sweetness of fruit and a light bitter note on the finish add further appeal to this interesting wine.
