A subtle note of champagne yeast on the nose, grape, also floral undertones, a hint of vanilla, brioche, redcurrant jelly, the palate has some volume and develops a fine, persistent mousseux, the acidity is ripe and the dosage harmonious without an exaggerated sweetness. A cultivated, multi-layered cuvée.
