Bright, shimmering lemon yellow. Opens on delicate savoury notes, thyme, plus plenty of pineapple and white peach. Explosive bubbles and lots of sweet fruit on the palate, clear, very rich on the palate, but also shows freshness, lots of sweet, textured fruit on the finish.
