Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle bright rim. Underlaid with fine velour, nuances of undergrowth underlying cassis tones, delicate hints of liquorice, a touch of fine oak, and some nougat and mint. Complex, juicy red cherry fruit, fine tannins, and with very good freshness. It persists well, is already drinking nicely, and has definite ageing potential.
