Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, a subtle ochre lightening on the rim. Attractive nuances of eucalyptus and dark berries, hints of mint and vanilla, notes of cherries and nougat underneath. Juicy, complex, subtle figs, lovely freshness, ripe, structured tannins, savoury and sweet on the finish, wonderful length, strong ageing potential, already drinking well.
