Clear ruby red colour with brightening on the rim. Complex nose, lots of ethereality and savouriness, mint and white pepper, concentrated cherry fruit in the background. On the palate energetic and very elegant, precise, slightly closed, animating, salty, vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins, long, harmonious finish.
