Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

Bright greenish yellow, with silver reflections. On the nose fresh orange zest, with candied grapefruit peel, white peach, and meadow herbs. It has a good complexity, with a green apple flavour, well-integrated acidity, nice fruit sweetness, a lemony background, with some minerality on the finish, and salty touch on the aftertaste.
