Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Peach fruit with a hint of white flowers, subtle passion fruit, pineapple, subtle lime zest. Substantial, elegant, fine fruit, fine acidity, mineral and persistent, cool style, which already seems anachronistic considering the origin, very good ageing potential, almost steely aftertaste.
