Radiant, intense, rich straw yellow. Cold smoke and a hint of mineral sulphur on the nose, a hint of dried banana and apricot. Spreads finely over the tongue, elegant texture with clear fruit, then unfortunately becomes somewhat bitter and slowing in the back.
