The red wine Barolo DOCG Margheria, vintage 2021 from the winery Azelia has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, rich ruby-garnet colour. Intense and multi-layered nose, with notes of roses, wild raspberry and dried tomatoes – beautiful playfulness. Builds up, lots of vivid tannin with a sweet core, plus intense raspberry fruit. Lingers for an extremely long time.
