Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Light orange with a slight cloudiness. On the nose, a hint of glue and sealing wax, then candied orange zest, grapefruit, honey. Very juicy on the palate with fine interplay, opens with notes of blood orange, high drinking flow, lots of juice, light salt, delicate body.
