The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Borgo Salcetino has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 86 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Chianti classico in Italy.
Bright ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Opens with pronounced smoky notes, unfortunately with little fruit behind them. The wood is also prominent on the palate, with drying tannins.
