Tasting from 01.12.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Nut and nougat cream, gianduja, candied cherry, taut tannins, but also good freshness, finely nerved underlying palate fruit, noticeable use of wood that matches the sinewy to extract-rich type, fresh and juicy finish. Not an extract monster, but still good for some bottle ageing.
