The red wine Massicone, vintage 2012 from the winery Azienda Agricola Castelluccio has been rated in 2019 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Lush bouquet with notes of chocolate and dried berries, as well as their compote. Quite lean on the palate, with fine ripe fruit. Polished tannins and a slightly salty finish.
