Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with a fine mousse. Delicate hazelnut and cold smoke on the nose, with fine iodine tones and candied citrus peel on the finish. Cool fruit on the palate, juicy, with an airy, albeit definite mousse. Slightly phenolic mid-palate, with an animatingly bittersweet finish and good drive. Very dry.
