Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Candied citrus notes and white rose petals on the nose, yeast, pastry and raisins on the aftertaste. Seems very austere on the palate, yet has a nice balance between sweetness and acidity, very fresh, crispy finish, punchy acidity.
