Tasting from 27.11.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Blueberry and dark chocolate, Amarena cherry and a hint of herbs. Good proportions on the palate: lots of juice and fruit, a smooth base, rather mild acidity, present but not hard tannins, well-integrated alcohol. Shows Italianità in a beautiful everyday format, with salami and prosciutto.
