Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby in colour, with a brilliant core. Delicate and fine fragrance on the nose, notes of dark herbs, black pepper and subtle hints of raspberries, followed by hints of brown bread and iron. Powerful on the palate, vivid, tightly woven tannins, very juicy, with a racy playfulness and subtle earthy tones on the finish.
