Pale lemon yellow colour with silver reflections. A herbal savoury nose of thyme and some lemon balm. A strong opening on the palate with yellow fleshy fruity notes, banana, grape, and pineapple. It is very harmonious and balanced, with good freshness and purity, and with a long finish.
