Pale straw yellow with greenish glints. Finely fragrant pear nuances, soft tropical hints, and a little yeast-based bread roll. Juicy and animating on the palate with delicate acidity, fine mousse, very straightforward with a lovely mouthfeel. Salty and elegant through to the finish.
