Tasting Notes
Dark, impenetrable ruby with a slightly brightening rim. Spicy nose of stewed plums, carried by noble oak savouriness, chocolate, liquorice, then blackberry again, multi-layered. On the palate equally savoury and textured, multi-layered, powerful, but also juicy and clear, a fruit bomb, rich, long finish.
