The red wine Lu Patri Sicilia DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Cristo di Campobello has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nero d’Avola from the region Sicily in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby colour. Intense and at the same time finely drawn nose, presents itself with aromas of blueberry, blackberry, some tobacco, cloves and cinnamon. Round and supple in attack and finish, lots of dark berryy fruit, very well-integrated tannins, lingers for a long time.
