Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with delicately brightening rim. On the nose initially a slightly smoky bacon, then opens on notes of ripe cherry and rosehip, plus fine use of wood, in the echo some undergrowth. A hearty wine and again that beautiful cherry in the aftertaste.
