Tasting Notes
Bright coral pink. Aromas of heart cherry and rosehip, youthful and closed, but very clear, almost red wine-like. Powerful on the palate, prominent alcohol, well-integrated acidity, a little tannin, powerful (and long-lasting) rosé that needs a strong meal as a counterweight. Rather unsuitable as a terrace rosé - its structure and seriousness make it more of a light red wine. Clearly mineral on the finish.
