The white wine Sichlburg Solaris IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Baron Longo has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Solaris from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intensely bright, rich, light golden yellow. Delicate reduction on the nose, then rich yellow fruit, a hint of bitter almond, some varnish in the background. Very juicy and crisp on the palate, shows plenty of juice, opens up to pineapple in the mid-palate, certain minerality, great fun.
