The red wine Cerequio Barolo DOCG, vintage 2009 from the winery Batasiolo has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Goudron, yeast, meat broth, herbal spice, menthol. Dense palate, intensely rich and mineral, ripe, length-giving acidity, still very compact, gripping structure, designed to last, the finish hints at coming complexity, very classic except for the (integrated) alcohol.
