Tasting from 01.01.2023: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Subtle notes of candied tangerine zest, a touch of yellow tropical fruit, white flowers and limes underlaid with a mineral touch. Juicy and elegant, blossom honey, ripe orange, delicately creamy, complex with silky-salty nuances and a touch of mango on the long finish. A harmonious and multi-faceted food companion with definite ageing potential which takes on any great Chablis.
