Tasting from 18.03.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright shimmering ruby red. Freshly squeezed blood oranges, rose hips and raspberries, underpinned by soft, savoury white pepper. Shows a lovely suppleness, tightly woven with a polished structure, well-balanced, and emphatically juicy. Excellent!
