Bright, flint silver with a fine, persistent mousse. Very fine and fragrant nose, pronounced jasmine blossom, delicately savoury, crisp apple and some green peach. Fresh and clear at the start, spreads out well, then unfortunately quite broad and sweetish in the finish.
