Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.11.2025: Peter Moser

Deep ruby in colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. On the nose, delicate floral notes of red cherry, candied violets, and some mandarin zest. The palate is juicy and mineral with a fresh structure, notes of red berry fruit, and a lively, citrus-saline finish. A stimulating food wine.
