Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, broad watery rim. Fresh herbal savouriness, reductive touch, needs a lot of air and time, ripe dark wild berry confit underneath, delicate bergamot. Red berries on the palate, fresh structure, fine cherry nuances, red currant, mineral-salty finish, a multi-faceted food companion, already easy to drink.
