Deep red; restrained bouquet, black berries, hints of licorice, coffee, black bread bark, herbal spice, a hint of wood; powerful, full attack on the palate, dense, pithy, compact tannins, matching acidity; long, still tannic finish. Plucky Gamaret full of character.
