Tasting from 14.10.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Ripe bouquet with notes of cassis, blackberry confit, cranberry and redcurrant. Also some crème brûlée, graphite and nuances of undergrowth. Elegant and supple on the palate, with well-integrated fresh acidity, aromas of dark wild berries, fresh and cooked. Also herbaceous-greenish nuances. Subtle, fine-grained tannin, long finish. Still has some time.
