Subtle notes of cornmeal and hints of smoke appear on the restrained nose of this wine from the famous La Collina vineyard. The palate has the same smokiness and a stronger sense of cornmeal and corn husk, countered by a lovely and bright lemon freshness. The palate is concentrated and there is much bundled power in this wine which will benefit from bottle age.
