Tasting Notes
It has a medium ruby colour, with vivid ochre reflections, and a broad bright rim. On the nose there is ripe cherry fruit, a delicate underlay with notes of dried plum, a hint of hibiscus, and subtle hints of fine oak. It is juicy, with a lovely fruit sweetness, some honey, minerality, and nice length. It is a multi-faceted food wine.
