Golden blonde colour. Needs plenty of air at the beginning to release its wonderful aromas: white peach, ripe apricot, citrus notes. Elegant on the palate with a delicate acidity, a fine white blossom sweetness, a hint of appetising astringency, the wine appears mysterious.
