The white wine »Sélection« Pinot blanc, vintage 2023 from the winery Bio-Weingut Mohr-Gutting has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Delicately fragrant, pineapple, yellow peach, white grapefruit, fresh lemons, green pears, chalky rock dust, white almonds. On the palate plenty of juiciness and a supple balance of fruit, carried by a fine fruit expression, mineral savouriness and fresh, well-integrated acidity, full-bodied and animating to drink.
