Salty-spicy aroma, quince, apple skin, apricot stone, herbal savouriness, delicate rosehip behind, multilayered. Melting on the palate, pear juice, ripe red apple, a hint of elderberry, rather restrained acidity, ripe and full-bodied, interesting, gluggable.
