Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green in colour. Delicate dried fruit, cloves and an intense herbal savouriness on the nose, alongside fully ripe apple and some smoky nuances - a bouquet full of character. Powerful and complex on the palate with a very ripe fruit core giving hints of oranges and mango, backed by a fine, supportive acidity. The palate lingers for a very long time, leading into some tobacco like notes on the finish. Great development potential.
