The red wine Blue Roots Cuvée Reserve, vintage 2021 from the winery Bioweingut Preisinger-Reinberger has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger from the region Lower Austria in Austria.
Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, fine herbal notes, subtle black cherry fruit, a hint of blueberry, and candied orange zest. The palate is juicy, and tight-knit with red berry fruit, subtle hints of fig, and some vanilla on the persistent finish, an uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
