Tasting from 08.11.2024: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Amber-coloured and somewhat cloudy in the glass. Intense nose with a distinctly herbal and savoury character. Notes of thyme, rosemary and oregano. Some incense and notes of peach compote and apple. Full-bodied and fruity on the palate, with subtle phenolics and some popcorn on the long finish.
