The white wine »A Priori« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2024 from the winery Bischöfliches Weingut Rüdesheim GmbH has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Fine aroma of lemon zest, yellow peach and mandarin, with a hint of lavender. Fine, lively acidity on the palate, again citrus flavours, but also green apple and mirabelle plum, subtle sweetness, elegant and flowing, ideal for a light start to the evening.
More about the tastingAn invigoratingly fresh aroma: vineyard peach, lavender, lemon blossom. On the palate, the wine is incredibly elegant, light-bodied but not lacking in flavour: playful, with a fine acidity and delicate sweetness. A wonderful terrace wine! Or with fried prawns with ginger.
