The sweet and dessert wine Romagna Albana Passito DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Bissoni has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Albana from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Bright amber colour. Complex nose, aromas of dried apricot, fig and dates, reverberating with notes of saffron and honey, but also sealing wax. On the palate there is a fine sweetness, mouth-filling from the start, slightly tannic, but at the same time has a fine freshness and juiciness which resonates beautifully.
