The sparkling wine NV Brut Rosé Methode Classique from the winery Bjana has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Rebula from the region Goriška Brda in Slovenia.
Pale salmon pink, silver reflections, fine and persistent mousse. Hints of strawberry confit, cherry compote and a touch of blossom honey. Medium-bodied, white peach, fresh acidity, mineral, salty, lime notes and fresh strawberry on the finish. A well balanced food companion with good ageing potential.
