Emphasised spicy-balsamic bouquet with notes of bay leaf, liquorice and black tea. Also notes of black cherry and elderberry. Lively acidity, fresh berry fruit and spicy notes on the palate. Slightly noticeable ripe tannins. Long salty-mineral finish.
