Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.05.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red, darkening. Initially smells of blood oranges on the nose, with a fine hint of strawberry confit, mixed with fine wood and earthy tones. Very fruity on the palate, with fine citrus notes, juicy, minimally brittle with a slight dryness on the finish.
