Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.04.2012

Dark ruby garnet, black core, violet reflections. Fine roasted aromas, dark wild berry confit, some nougat, multi-faceted bouquet, smoky. Full-bodied, present tannins, ripe sour cherry fruit, dark minerality, delicate bitter chocolate on the finish, somewhat leafy on the finish, still needs time.
