Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

First ripe aromas: sweet cherry, plums from the glass, also some milk chocolate and red currant. Crumbly, grainy tannin, soft base, mild acidity, good substance, which becomes even denser on the finish, although the astringency that builds up towards the end suggests that there is also some core tannin.
