Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Fresh fruity blackberry, cranberry, sour cherry. Homogeneous and round on the palate, surprisingly mild tannin structure, a slight graininess shimmers through the soft base, distinct saltiness, strong alcohol, subtle acidity and closed fruit.
